Commerce data integrity
Audited 603 products in each of two Cafe24 stores on 5 September. Repaired 268 search/display rows for 151 products on 7 September; an independent requery found no remaining mismatches in the audited fields. Also checked protected prices, options, mappings and the actual synchronization input.
Public-portal delivery and operations
Built user and admin front-ends, followed by 76-page user and 52-page admin manuals and regeneration tools. Continued with text-size controls, search and sharing metadata, editor formatting and Korean font fallbacks.
Education-service access safeguards
An accepted assignment led to QA work. Added a dedicated permission, access reasons, audit logging and automatic re-masking to a colleague’s reveal feature. Verified 71 related tests, CI and mocked browser flows. As of 8 September 2026, the PR is draft and unmerged; production verification is pending.
I start where the requirements aren't settled yet: turn the places people were filling in with judgement into written rules, make those rules verifiable, and only then attach automation. I started in design in 2013 and expanded into web development. I shape the structure, design the screens, build the markup and the front-end, ship it to a server, and keep it running after handoff — as one continuous responsibility rather than a chain of handoffs. My archive from 2016 onward covers 205 separate clients — most of them received several deliverables — spanning public-sector portals, commerce settlement systems, automation tooling, and brand and print work.
What I bring
No handoff between design and engineering
I draw the concepts and then write the markup for those same concepts. Nothing is lost in translation at build time, and there is no coordination overhead between two roles.
I've worked where mistakes cost money
I built and maintained tax-invoice API integration, automated bank deposit reconciliation, and member point and settlement logic in live production systems. I know from practice that display bugs and settlement bugs have very different tolerances.
I use AI with a rulebook
Before handing a codebase to an AI agent, I define the working rules — naming, CSS variables, breakpoints, prohibited patterns and documentation procedures. That's how I take the speed without losing the quality bar.
I document the case for not building
My own products carry written promotion criteria per stage; if a stage fails its criteria, the next one doesn't get built. Deciding not to add a feature is the harder judgement.

- Normalised options and prices that had drifted apart across channels into a comparable unit, removing the manual screen-by-screen reconciliation (41,067 raw option rows to 11,444 distinct axes; 0 unregistered axes on re-comparison after migration)
- Structured pricing into a documented rule so per-channel prices no longer diverged with whoever handled them
- Separated diagnosis and correction planning from execution — what changes and why is produced and reviewed before anything runs
- Built a supplier data collector that replaced repetitive manual listing, shipped as an executable so operators need no developer (Python, Playwright)
- Sole author of product detail pages — planning, art direction, imagery, HTML build and per-channel slicing

Built and extended an industrial B2B platform in which products, specification-level parts, manufacturers, sellers, quotations and orders share one workflow. Work includes a YoungCart 4-to-5 migration and subsequent operational improvements.
Coral Dolphin Cruise — travel website and booking
Built a Guam cruise website and its booking interface, connecting product information to departure dates, party size and hotel pickup details.
Hawaii Turtle — snorkeling bookings and date-based pricing
A snorkeling website and booking project with schedule and guest-category pricing, followed by later fee updates.
Guammall — travel reservations and promotion management
Worked on travel product and booking pages, separating hotel-only, air-and-hotel, optional tours and promotional reservations. Later improvements moved promotion content into an editable board.
Winsonic — industrial website and structured product information
Worked on an industrial ultrasonic equipment website and product pages, with subsequent improvements to a dedicated product information skin.
ThankYouNature — content production and influencer workflows
Produced video and leaflet content and worked on web tools at ThankYouNature. Surviving code documents influencer search, classification, selected saving, list management and spreadsheet export.
Jeonbuk Technopark — public website rebuild
A public website rebuild carried out during employment at Gamtta Communication. The archive retains planning slides, design revisions, PHP CMS code and meeting/progress records.
Design Wallpaper — room styling and quantity calculator
The wallpaper brand archive includes web and print design, room-specific styling interfaces and a material quantity calculator.
Certified used cars — photography to disclosure workflow
While working as a photographer, handled vehicle photography, editing, inspection and platform entry, then automated repetitive disclosure inputs by linking photo filenames to business fields.
Own products
Opportunity OS
A platform that collects, scores and recommends Korean public funding notices. Flutter single codebase (web, Android, iOS), a Python collector, and a Firebase Functions proxy to the Claude API.
- Kept the API key out of the client bundle entirely, isolated in server secrets
- Abstracted the backend behind an `AiBackend` interface so a future NestJS migration replaces one implementation
- Structured extraction of notice detail pages, cached to remove re-run cost
- Wrote explicit promotion criteria into SPEC.md — v3 does not begin until willingness to pay is verified
EXITO Supply Collector
A supplier product-data collection engine with a plugin crawler architecture, shipped as a distributable desktop application.
- `BaseCrawler` plus `CrawlerRegistry` turns adding a supplier into a registration task rather than a development task
- Unsupported sites fall back through JSON-LD → OpenGraph → meta tags → DOM via a GenericCrawler
- CustomTkinter MVC interface and PyInstaller packaging so a non-technical operator can run it
- Rewrites image references in collected HTML to local paths, so output survives source changes and hotlink blocking
Content Factory
An event-bus system automating content discovery, writing and publishing.
- Implemented three of eight engines and left the rest as interfaces only, deliberately constraining scope
- Forbade direct engine-to-engine calls, routing everything through an event bus to preserve replaceability
- Documented the MVP goal as 'produce and schedule real content within three minutes' rather than 'complete the architecture'
