Problem
Each vehicle's images had to be mapped back to disclosure fields, with repeated input and checks in an environment restricting software installation.
Decisions
Define input rules at capture time
Map filename terms for parts and directions to disclosure fields, applying specific rules first and generating a CSV plan.
Separate entry from upload
Use browser-console scripts for field entry and AutoHotkey for file uploads.
Keep final review with the operator
Automate repetitive entry while leaving final review and save to a person.
